At Sensum Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Package Your Scents
Carefully pack the unused candles or diffusers in their original gift boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
